1. Introduction
Welcome to I need QR Code. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, operated by THAT ONE BYTE SRL (VAT ID 41357451, Reg. No. J13/2551/2019), located in Constanța, Romania.
2. Use of Service
By using our platform, you agree not to generate QR codes linking to illegal, harmful, or malicious content. We reserve the right to delete any QR code violating these rules without notice.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as is. That One Byte SRL does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by the use of the service.
5. Payments & Refunds
For paid services (PRO Plans), users have the right to request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the service has not been abused (e.g., massive code generation followed by a refund request).
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably, or if not possible, by the competent courts in Constanța.
